Brittany Forge, Lavallet...Strap it On. Your World is about to Change!

On 9/28/2017, an amendment was made to the lease between the City of Pensacola and Resicum International LLC.

The amendment simply added flight training to the existing lease.

Whats the issue?

I posted this before

http://pensacolad3.blogspot.com/2017/04/consent-agendaright-under-councils-nose.html

It was a Bob Kerrigan sweetheart deal!

Now the UH-60s are not only going to be maintained as listed in the original lease, but helicopter flight training is now OK!

Test Pilot?  What happens when the test fails?
Instructor Pilot?  Students?  OJT?

What could possibly go wrong?

Noise  - 85 decibels in hover  http://www.dtic.mil/dtic/tr/fulltext/u2/a118796.pdf

Hearing Loss  A bulldozer that is idling (note that this is idling, not actively bulldozing) is loud enough at 85 dB that it can cause permanent damage after only 1 work day (8 hours).

It's time to get a rope! Better yet, get two ropes.

FYI, there was a previous lawsuit about this very thing but these people never give up when there is a buck to be made. A lease was signed in black and white, but then a mysterious "amendment" is signed late at night. This issue doesn't affect just a few neighborhoods. All the citizens of Pensacola better get prepared to pay more senseless legal fees to defend Hayward's actions.

Ridiculous!

This is how I feel about Ashton Hayward's vain attempts to address the current state of intolerance in this country.

Removing Relics without removing Racism;

Replacing Statues without replacing Systems;

Rejecting Images without rejecting Inequality and Injustice;

Renaming Buildings without condemning Bigotry;

Denouncing Depictions without denouncing Discrimination;

All amounts to Moving Monuments without moving Minds.

Though General Robert E. Lee was a vile and repulsive human being, he is not who African-Americans have to be concerned with today. We have to be concerned with those who live among us in the present, responsible for the decisions and policies that continue to suppress us.
