More Lack of Transparency

Since January 1, 2016, I have made 42 public records requests.  Less than 2 a month.  But what have I gotten back on those requests?

Out of that total, 10 were responded to NO RESPONSIVE RECORDS.

So what did I ask for that they said didn't exist?

  1. Copy of Airport Fire stations / operations recent failed inspection report
  2. Amounts paid to Nathan Edler Lawns LLC for work for Pensacola International Airport from June 2016 to March 29, 2017 from the following City airport landscaping contractors:
    One Source
    Ken Griffin
    Executive
  3. All quarterly reports submitted by Laura Bogan as detailed in her proposal referenced in her contract for social media services from May 2013 through December 28, 2016
  4. As custodian of the below referenced document, please verify that a panel interview document for Mr. Tibbett does not exist as stated by Mr. Shaud.
  5. electronic copy of airport fire department deficiency report noted by Chief Allen on AM 1620 on 6/14/2016
  6. I have confirmed with Chief Glover the meeting in fact took place as Allen stated. Where is the reprimand?  I actually ended up getting the reprimands they said didn't exist
  7. Any investigation notes, reprimands, employee file entries or any other document regarding drivers license suspension of Amy Workman
  8. all city related emails between ashtonhayward@yahoo.com and bob@kerrigan.com from July 20, 2015 to August 21, 2015
  9. Contents of the black binder / black folder removed by Eric Olson from the Fire Admin building on Friday February 26, 2016
  10. Presentation by Don Kraher on Longhollow for Mondays Workshop
5 of the No Responsive Records were Fire Department Records.  I think I see a trend.  Maybe one department head needs remedial public records training.

Could the documents not be release due to an ongoing law suite? Makes since to me but I don't know the rules well enough to say that. Then again saying they don't exist is different then saying - due to an ongoing legal action any documents that could be part of said action can not be released at this time. I don't know sometime I read this page and think Maren's views are a little off then again it is her page take it how you want!
