The Data Rick Outzen Discovered

Rick Outzen discovered that the City HR Manual was altered evidently in January 2016 and the altered document was not even posted to the City's website until AFTER Schmitt and Golver were placed and leave. Both asked for an appeal when they were placed on leave as detailed in the ONLY HR Manual they knew of at the time.  Not the Sisson/Olson secretly changed document.

Data doesn't lie folks!  Sisson made the changes just so he and Olson were the ultimate powers regarding employee issues.  This would allow them to get rid of anyone they desired.

Below is a picture of the posting information or metadata for the HR manual online.

Ever since Watergate we have known that the original misdeed is nothing. It is the cover up that gets you in trouble.

I wish I were the attorney handling this case for the Fireman's Union. I'll bet that guy has already put in his order for a custom made Lear Jet. The guys over at Beggs and Lane must be celebrating, too. The city taxpayers are going to pay them a small fortune to defend the nincompoops who are running city hall.

lawyers gonna love this crap.

And the city says Glover & Schmitt aren't the targets of investigation. If that's true, why were they treated like criminals? I wonder if they followed the firefighter's bill of rights when they relieved them of duty.

City hall is toast. If they were not being investigated why did they wait until late Friday afternoon to say that? If the 2 firefighters weren't being investigated why were they the only city employees placed on admin leave with pay? This is gonna cost taxpayers big time.

The Hayward administration has again proven to be an administration of incompetence but it also shows the outright lack of respect for city employees. I would NEVER work for the city with Hayward as mayor.
