Sisson and Olson are Running Out of Time Under Their NEW HR Policy

I bet Olson and Sisson didn't know this?

"An employee may be placed on administrative leave with pay up to ten (10) calendar days. For pay documentation, a copy of a Personnel Action (PF‐501) must be sent to Human Resources. Note: If separation from employment or some other form of resolution does not occur within the ten (10) calendar days, personal time off leave or leave without pay must be used in lieu of administrative leave."

Calendar Days Boys!  That's Friday!

Your Manual, Your Policies!  Live by them or the EEOC complaint gets MORE TEETH!

And this is exactly why Sisson needs a box and the employees need representation on the Personnel Board!

The reality is that they didn't want you anywhere near City Hall under the Personnel Board and this "reality" has caused them to make dumb "policy changes" to the "process" of appeal. This ill-advised interview did nothing but give evidence to the discriminatory claims of these two public servants. Olson is incompetent and unqualified to be City Administrator.

Someone needs to get Eric Olson and Sisson a "box and a boot."

Good Grief, I'll drop off some boxes for these raving lunatics. One for Hayward, Olson, Wilkins, Sisson, and Rusty Wells (who keeps getting fired, getting rehired by Hayward, and then quitting, but still won't leave the building). Here's a hint: stop putting out the free cookies in the break room and Rusty will find his way home.

I got 2 boxes I can bring up to City Hall for Eric and Edward. You both should be fired. Tracy, you should
should be ashamed of yourself for allowing to be a pawn in the Mayors chess game. Karma is a bitch. I can't wait to see the lawsuits brought on about the City altering HR manuals. All citizens should voice their concerns that is the corruption at City Hall. Our firemen deserve better.

Seems that Olson should be the one on "leave" if the EEOC complaint is filed in regards to him. Just like a police officer involved in a shooting. It's the one BEING investigated that gets placed on leave. This seems backwards.

Olson and Sisson should be put on administrative leave, but who would falsify and shred the documents while they're gone? Im confused, the complaints get put on leave, but the shady, perhaps prejudicial ones they are complaining about get to stay and DOCTOR THE HR MANUAL OF THE CITY OF PENSACOLA the same day, hour, minutes they put respected, value City employees on leave? City employees are you not angry? Do you think this could not happen to any one of you? In the public spotlight these two firemen are already stained. Many citizens commenting or asking "Oh what did these two firemen do wrong"? NOTHING, thats what. Eric Olson and Edward Sisson have been devious, back-handed, and shady. These are who they Mayor gets to do his dirty work. Where is Ashton? Getting Botox? Hooked on phonics class?

Word on the street is Ashton has personally contacted a local civil rights activist and told him, "You're a leader in the community. I expect you to keep the peace". What an arrogant, spineless, clueless, worthless, moron! He really thinks he can control everybody with his charm and fake @$$ smile.

Well, I've got news for you pretty boy (you gettin this all down Vernon?) it's not gonna work this time. You have screwed up BIG TIME. RACIST on your resume makes you a liability and doesn't promote your fake image or brighten your political future. Your "brand" has run its course and you are no longer good for business. You can't buy everybody and once the Feds finally come calling, watch how quickly the few supporters you have left will bail on you.

Just a word of caution, that pretty smile is only going to get you unwanted attention in prison. See y'all at the council meeting tonight, it should be a good one ;-)
