The fate of the professional careers of the Airport administrative staff is at the whim of a local ad firm and the Real Mayor from Navarre Tamara Fountain not the elected Mayor.
In another whiny email to COO Tamara Fountain, Ad boy and Secret Airport Director Chip Henderson of Emagination Unlimited discusses how he wasn't included in a negotiation between the Airport and Hangout Fest. He had his feelings hurt and says he looks like a fool.
At the end of the email below Chip Henderson states to COO Tamara Fountain:
"As we explore the new structure at the airport and how some admin positions change or eliminate, customer service is the area that we should beef up."
Really? Read that again... AS WE EXPLORE THE NEW STRUCTURE AT THE AIRPORT AND HOW SOME ADMIN POSITIONS CHANGE OR ELIMINATE, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE AREA THAT WE SHOULD BEEF UP.
Questions and Comments:
- Where is airport admin staffing in the ad boy's marketing contract?
- Why would the COO discuss changes in personnel with any contractor?
- Is it proper to discuss employee HR issues with the marketing contractor?
- Is this a marketing issue when it deals with people's livelihood?
- Would any attorneys for potentially terminated or restructured employees like this evidence for your wrongful termination suit?
Somebody should sue these people.
