Are the Proposed Changes at the Airport Safe? Firefighters Say NO!

If the airport is broke, i.e. it can't raise another dime by charging more for parking, etc., the three Fire Captains should be funded through the General Fund Budget.

There is plenty of fat in City Hall to include a Chief of Staff position being cut this year, a Press Secretary position we would not need if Mayor Hayward was capable of speaking for himself, etc.

The Firefighters should hand out a copy of their letter to passengers at the Pensacola International Airport. They can then let Hayward know if they - the passengers flying on the aircraft -support or oppose having a Fire Captain at the airfield 24/7 to coordinate their potential rescue.
